We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return (only if the item is faulty, wrong colour or size)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@lavidabeds.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2 Years Manufacturer Warranty

If your bed or mattress comes faulty or damaged please contact us straight away as all of our beds come with 2 years manufacturer warranty so we will fix the issue or replace the faulty piece ASAP.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note all of our beds are handmade so please allow up to 3cm tolerance in the width and length of the bed. Our mattresses are standard UK size same as our beds, so if you have a a different size of a mattress which is not a standard UK size please let us know the exact measurements as we might be able to help you.

BED/HEADBOARD DOES NOT FIT

Kindly check all the measurements specially on the headboard before placing your order, if the headboard does not fit we can replace it with a smaller headboard but there will be a charge of £179 (this includes return of the old headboard, delivery of the new headboard, stocking charge for the old headboard and the new headboard)
