Carter Chesterfield Bed

Great bed and I am still so I love with it but we have had issues with the bed lifting at the bottom when we sleep. (Not sure if this is normal with an otterman lift bed) Also the metal work has starting to crack at the welded areas of the frame. We have emails consumer services but had no reply. Very disheartened as now we may have to buy a new bed completely. It’s only 2 years old.
